It's That Time of Year!

December 01, 20232 min read

It’s the most wonderful time of the year, and that being said, most of us won’t get through it without some kind of triggered emotion.

If you are ever triggered by the holidays, YOU ARE NOT ALONE.

Many of us are missing loved ones or alternatively wondering if you’ll get too much family time…  A time of visitors and travel, changes in routine, grief, financial stressors and expectations, more mouths to feed etc.

Everything can seem a little more intense.

If you get high strung around certain relatives or are quick to cry or “snap” and you haven’t tried my ALARM METHOD.

Now is a perfect time!

There is a simple way to locate and release old unprocessed emotions that don’t need to stick around for the REST OF YOUR LIFE.

You CAN enjoy Christmas and family instead of falling into the old stresses.
